Investors and energy sector analysts: Stardust Power has signed an LOI with Mandrake Resources to secure 7,500 metric tons per year of lithium carbonate equivalent in the form of lithium chloride from Mandrake’s Utah Lithium Project.
Investors: Stardust Power has received formal written notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market confirming that, as of October 28, 2025, the company has no outstanding deficiency issues and is in full compliance with continued listing requirements.
Stardust Power announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Mandrake Resources Inc. to secure 7,500 metric tons per annum of lithium carbonate equivalent (“LCE”) in the form of lithium chloride from Mandrake’s Utah Lithium Project.
