Ken Pitts has been appointed Director of Construction and Subcontracts. Based in Houston, he brings over 25 years of global experience in energy and industrial projects. Pitts will lead on-site execution and manage subcontractor portfolios for Phase One of the refinery, expected to produce up to 50,000 metric tons annually once operational.
